Sailor Services is a one-person home repair and remodeling business serving Slidell, Covington, Mandeville, New Orleans, and the surrounding Northshore area. This page explains how information is handled when you visit or contact us through this website.

When you submit a quote request through the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any project details you choose to share. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide an estimate, and measure quote-request conversions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your contact information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or send promotional emails.
• We do not process or store payment information — all payments are handled through Joist, not directly by this website.
• We do not create customer accounts or retain your data beyond fulfilling your service request.

• Joist — estimates and invoices are delivered through Joist, a home services business platform. When you receive or pay an estimate or invoice, your name, contact information, and project details are processed by Joist. • Square — in-person and on-site payments may be processed through Square. If you pay by card at the job site, your payment information is handled directly by Square and is not stored by Sailor Services. Square Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare R2 — site images are served from Cloudflare's R2 object storage. No personal data is stored there; it is used solely to deliver static image files quickly. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Estimates

All estimates provided by Sailor Services are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the visit. Changes to the project scope may affect the final price.

Scheduling & Timelines

While I strive to meet all agreed-upon timelines, specific project dates may shift due to weather, material availability, or prior job completion in the Northshore/New Orleans area. I'll communicate any changes as early as possible.
